General Conditions - Servatur Card

1. Benefits

The Servatur Card (“THE CARD”) allows the card holder:

  • 10% discount on all hotel accommodation tariffs (discount cannot be accumulated with other special offers or discounts).

  • The possibility to stay in the room till 17.00h on check out day provided that the hotel has rooms available.

  • Preference on standby/waiting lists if  the chosen hotel is full.

  • Other “little extras” that Servatur has in mind in order to reward our loyal customers.

2. Application and receipt of your Card

  • The card must be requested by clients when staying at one of our hotels by filling out a form available at Reception.

  • The card can be collected free of charge from the appropriate reception the next time that the guest comes to stay in a Servatur hotel.

3. Holdership

  • The card is personal and non-transferible and issued in the name of a physical person who must be able to accredit themselves as being over 18 years of age.

  • The card holder is responsible for the correct use of this card at all times.

  • Servatur reserves the right to cancel any card in the event of a misuse or an inappropriate behaviour by the card holder when using the Servatur hotel facilities.

4. Rules

  • The Servatur Card benefits are only applicable to reservations made direct with Servatur and not to reservations made via a third party.

  • The Card holder must present the card in order to receive the discount. For all discounts on hotel accommodation the card holder must inform that he has the card at the time of booking.

  • For all discounts on hotel accommodation the card holder must provide alternative I.D. to prove the holdership of the card.

  • No discount or other benefit may be exchanged for cash.

5. Validity

  • Servatur reserves the right to cancel or modify the card conditions either totally or partially at any time. In the event of such modification/cancellation, the Company will do it’s best to inform card holders with as much notice as possible. Equally said details will be published with immediate effect in this web page www.servatur.com.

  • The company does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred due to the cancellation or modification of the Servatur card conditions.

6. Data Protection

  • By completing the Servatur Card Application Form the client gives consent for his/her personal details to be included in a customer database which is the property of Servatur S.A. situated in C/Doramas 4, Patalavaca, 35129 Mogán, Gran Canaria (Spain). This data base allows the cards to be issued correctly and allows Servatur to punctually provide it’s cardholders with information about the services and productas on offer that may be of interest to the customer.

    The client may exercise his/her right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the information held by contacting with the Servatur Computer Department.
